A few guidelines to consider when submitting a support ticket.
- If you are not the account holder please be sure to include the account holders name in your message. This will make the process a lot more efficient when trying to investigate any issues on the account.
- Please try to include as much detail as possible when submitting a support ticket. This will help us diagnose your issue faster.
- Include the name of your fibre provider eg. Vumatel, Fibrehoods, Octotel, DFA etc etc. This will make it more efficient for us to check the correct systems for your account the first time.
